Choice of hearing solutions

During this appointment, the Mirabel audiologist will explain the results of the hearing test as well as the hearing solutions according to the patient's needs. (Hearing needs, handling needs, physical criteria, etc.) There are different models of hearing aids for all tastes!

Depending on the results of your hearing test, there are several paying agencies; The Commission on Standards, Equity, Health and Safety at Work (CNESST), The Régie d'assurance- santé du Québec (RAMQ), the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and certain private insurances.

Adjustment, monitoring and support

Everyone deserves to hear well!

To ensure optimal performance of hearing aids, they are precisely fitted directly to the patient's ear with specialized equipment. The adjustments take into consideration the size of the ear canal, the hearing needs as well as the comfort of the wearer.

During follow-up and cleaning appointments every six months, we ensure that the hearing aids are functioning properly. Please note that adjustments can be changed if necessary!

Although nothing can replace an in-person appointment, technology allows us to provide hearing consultations from the comfort of your home.

This appointment can be for a new patient who would like to have information and at the same time for a patient with hearing aids who needs more immediate assistance and who cannot travel.

Home visit

We also offer a home appointment service if necessary.
